Supply Chain Solutions Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to design and implement supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels, reduce lead time, and minimize risk.
• Monitor and interpret Plexus Supply Chain Risk Management tools to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in utilization of Plexus Supply Chain Risk Management tools, providing training and guidance to sites/region.
• Participate in the development of system enhancements to support Supply Chain Operations, including user testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop and manage supplier executive relationships, and participate in the implementation of Supply Chain initiatives strategies on procurement at the site level.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Master in Business Administration or a related discipline with minimum 10 years’ material experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the EMS industry.
