Supply Chain Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Support daily warehouse and supply chain operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, order processing, and delivery coordination;

2. Monitor daily orders and operational progress to ensure customer requirements and agreed timelines are met;

3. Track inventory discrepancies, order exceptions, delivery issues, and other operational abnormalities, and follow up until closure;

4. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports, including order volume, inventory status, outbound performance, delivery performance, and KPI results;

5. Support inventory checking and reconciliation to ensure consistency between physical inventory and system records;

6. Assist in implementing and maintaining project SOPs and ensure warehouse operations follow agreed procedures;

7. Support new project implementation, including operational preparation, testing, data checking, and go-live activities;

8. Communicate operational updates and issues with Chinese project team members and local operations teams;

9. Perform other supply chain and project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred;

2. At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or related fields preferred;

3. Good command of English; Mandarin/Chinese communication ability is a plus;

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications;

5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;

6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up tasks independently;

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and supply chain environment;

8. Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or other logistics systems is an advantage.
