Compensation: $77,000 - $84,000

About this position :

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. You'll collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for inventory planning, materials requirement planning (MRP), and work scheduling.
• Responsible for pricing control, statistical analysis, and database management.
• Provides arrangements for global transportation.
• Coordinates and communicates with sales, related departments, and customers.
• Performs and completes any other tasks and/or projects as assigned

Required Qualifications :

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or related operations.
• Working knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement, and inventory planning.
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and support business decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) and PP Integration.
• Familiarity with database concepts and data management.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware or electronic components.
• Experience developing analytical dashboards or reporting tools.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology environment.
