Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Supervisor oversees and coordinates supply chain activities, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure the timely and efficient flow of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily supply chain activities and ensure smooth coordination among Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, Sales, and other related departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and movement to prevent overstocking and stockouts.
• Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning based on sales trends, inventory data, and business requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier lead times to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers regarding order status, delays, and shortages.
• Analyze inventory and supply chain reports and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
• Develop and monitor inventory replenishment plans based on demand and stock levels.
• Ensure proper allocation and distribution of stocks across branches, warehouses, or service centers.
• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and aging inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock handling.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, supply availability, order fulfillment, and supply chain performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure productivity and compliance with company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, procurement, or related operations.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory/ERP systems.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
