Supply Chain Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily supply chain operations for XLPE foam production, optimizing inventory turnover, lead times, and resource utilization.
• Monitor resin stock levels, additives, and finished foam inventory to ensure 100% compliance with production schedules and customer order specs.
• Lead and schedule warehouse, inventory, and logistics personnel, coordinating closely with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks, material shipment delays, and logistics disruptions under fast-paced plant conditions.
• Enforce factory safety rules (HSE) in storage and transport zones, 5S standards, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical), Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years supervisory experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials management within plastic manufacturing or continuous foam production (XLPE industry experience required).
• Skills: Strong leadership, hands-on problem solving under pressure, multi-department coordination, and communication skills.
• Status: Locally available in Qatar (preferred).
