SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose: Oversees the daily operations of the Logistics and Supply Chain department, ensuring that the team meets demand planning targets and maintains optimal stock availability across all channels.

• Supervise the Logistics and Supply Chain staff in gathering, analyzing, and validating data for statistical forecasts.
• Review historical sales trends and research demand drivers to refine statistical models.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to reconcile significant variances in forecasts.
• Lead and train employees on the use of Demand Planning software (RFC) and ERP systems like SAP.
• Monitor inventory productivity indicators, including sell-through and stock turnover.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply and Demand, Warehousing, or Customs Brokerage.
• Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills to manage direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Customs.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php74,000.00 per month
