What they need
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามกระบวนการทำงานด้าน Supply Chain ให้เป็นไปตามแผนและเป้าหมายของบริษัท
ควบคุมและประสานงานการดำเนินงานตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงการส่งมอบสินค้า
ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการ Supply Chain
วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุง Workflow / Process เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน
จัดทำ Report และสรุปผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
กำหนดและติดตาม KPI ของทีมให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
บริหาร มอบหมาย และพัฒนาทีมงานให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Supply Chain, Logistics, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Supply Chain / Logistics หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3–5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับ Supervisor หรือมีประสบการณ์ดูแลทีม
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และแก้ไขปัญหา
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และจัดทำ Report ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และบริหารทีม
