Supply Chain Supervisor

To support our growth, we are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Supervisor to join our factory operations team. Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate Procurement, Warehouse, and Export-Import (EXIM) activities to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Plan and monitor procurement activities, supplier performance, inventory availability, and material delivery to support production requirements.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, stock accuracy, and material distribution.
• Coordinate export-import activities, ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Develop and improve operational SOPs, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency, cost control, and operational accuracy.
• Monitor team performance, operational KPIs, inventory levels, and supply chain costs, and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Finance, and other related departments to ensure material availability and smooth operational activities.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation standards, and applicable quality management requirements.

What we're looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, warehouse, or logistics, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, wood processing, or a related manufacturing industry is a must.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and export-import procedures.
• Familiar with inventory management systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of SOP development, process improvement, and quality management systems (QMS) is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
