Supply Chain Supervisor

Supply Chain Team Leader Oversee daily material flow for biotech and pharmaceutical products by leading a small team responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and production planning. Ensure materials are available on time and in full while maintaining strong performance against relevant KPIs .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, and production planning activities
• Monitor KPIs, optimize stock levels, and improve service and availability
• Resolve material supply disruptions and reduce operational risk
• Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable quality standards
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and logistics stakeholders to align execution
• Lead process improvements and support system upgrades to enhance efficiency and visibility
• Coach and develop team members; promote a culture of safety, continuous learning, and innovation

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or planning
• Strong understanding of GMP/quality expectations in regulated environments
• Analytical mindset for KPI tracking and stock optimization
• Effective problem-solving skills for supply disruption management
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams
