Supply Chain Transformation Lead

We are seeking a senior supply chain professional with strong practical experience across end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should understand how supply chains work in real businesses and have the ability to analyze problems, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical solutions.

You will be responsible for leading supply chain assessments, developing optimization strategies, creating audit frameworks, and supporting client transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end supply chain audits and identify inefficiencies
• Analyze sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and planning processes
• Develop cost optimization and operational improvement strategies
• Build supply chain assessment frameworks and methodologies
• Prepare client reports and present recommendations
• Support the development and training of Nexera's consulting team

Requirements

• 8+ years of practical supply chain experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
• Experience across multiple supply chain functions:
• Procurement
• Sourcing
• Logistics
• Warehousing
• Inventory
• Planning
• Cost optimization
• Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to communicate with senior management

• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)
