Supply Chain - Warehouse Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, space utilization, SOP compliance, productivity, safety, and process improvements.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts/audits, investigate variances, monitor stock aging, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Distribution & Logistics: Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners, monitor dispatches and deliveries, and resolve logistics issues.
• Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while coordinating with sales, customer service, planning, and logistics teams.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile physical and system stock, resolve discrepancies, and prepare warehouse performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure inventory availability and support supply chain optimization initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Distribution, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar WMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of warehouse KPIs and reporting.
