Supply Network Planner (SNP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of Capacity Planning, Production Planning, and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP planning systems; SAP experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Capacity Readiness

• Lead end-to-end supply planning activities for new product launches and existing product expansions.

• Collaborate with customers, Commercial teams, and Project teams to align demand forecasts, launch volumes, and project timelines.

• Convert customer requirements into manufacturing capacity and resource plans.

• Assess machine, mold, tooling, labor, warehouse, and production capacity requirements.

• Identify capacity gaps and develop action plans to support business growth.

• Initiate and coordinate machine purchases, mold investments, and capacity expansion projects when required.

• Track project milestones and ensure equipment, molds, materials, and resources are ready according to launch commitments.

• Act as the supply planning representative during project review and customer launch meetings.

Supply Network & Capacity Planning

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term capacity plans across manufacturing facilities.

• Monitor capacity utilization and identify emerging bottlenecks.

• Conduct capacity versus demand analysis and provide scenario evaluations.

• Maintain capacity models and planning assumptions to support business decisions.

• Recommend network optimization and capacity-balancing solutions.

• Escalate capacity risks proactively and propose mitigation plans.

Cross-Functional Project Management

• Coordinate activities among Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Tooling, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

• Ensure all stakeholders meet agreed timelines and deliverables.

• Lead regular project reviews to monitor progress and resolve barriers.

• Drive accountability to ensure customer launch commitments are achieved.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve supply capability, flexibility, and responsiveness.

• Lead projects to improve capacity utilization, productivity, and supply reliability.

• Develop strategies to increase manufacturing throughput and reduce supply constraints.

• Support automation, process optimization, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Establish planning standards, capacity governance, and best practices.

Risk Management

• Monitor supply risks related to machine capacity, tooling readiness, material availability, and production constraints.

• Develop contingency plans to minimize service interruptions.

• Support business continuity planning and supply risk mitigation activities.
