What they need

Join Darling Downs Health as a Supply Officer in Toowoomba and help keep vital products moving to where they are needed most. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the flow of clinical and operational supplies, work closely with colleagues across the health service, and play an important part in delivering reliable services that support patient care every day.

What your day could look like

As a Supply Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring teams across the health service have the supplies, equipment and support they need to deliver quality care. From maintaining efficient stock flow to building strong relationships with internal customers, you'll be part of a collaborative team that helps keep services running smoothly across the health service.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Ensuring essential supplies and equipment are received, stored and delivered accurately so teams can focus on caring for patients.
  • Supporting efficient inventory and imprest management to maintain product availability and reduce disruptions to service delivery.
  • Working closely with colleagues and customers to resolve enquiries, coordinate supply needs and achieve reliable outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve stock management, workflows and service responsiveness across the supply chain.

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who takes pride in being dependable, organised and customer focused. You understand that behind every delivery is a team relying on the right products at the right time. You enjoy working in a busy environment, adapting to changing priorities and contributing to solutions that help services operate efficiently. You'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to your work, knowing your efforts make a real difference to patients, colleagues and the wider community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current C Class Driver Licence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to use computer systems and learn new processes and equipment.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory management or supply operations.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering reliable service, supporting others and contributing to positive outcomes every day.
