Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts

• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure capacity

alignment and material availability

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and minimize excess inventory

• Track supplier lead times, production constraints, and capacity limitations to ensure

smooth operations

• Actively participate in S&OP / IBP processes and cross-functional planning reviews

• Identify potential supply risks and create proactive mitigation strategies

• Analyse variances between planned vs. actual supply, driving improvements and corrective

actions

• Maintain accurate planning data and reports within ERP systems

• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain planning

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle,

APO, or Kinaxis

• Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

• Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills

• High attention to detail with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
