Vida Glow is a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand with products sold across multiple markets. We're building a world-class operations function to support our next stage of growth, and we're looking for an experienced Supply Planner to join the team.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you'll make sure the right product, materials and packaging are in the right place at the right time across our manufacturing and packing sites. You'll be central to our S&OP process, turning demand into a supply plan that balances service, cost and working capital.

What you'll be doing

S&OP and Supply Planning

• Leading the monthly supply and materials planning meeting within the S&OP cycle and turning the consensus demand plan into a constrained supply plan
• Translating the rolling demand forecast across all channels into supply, purchase and shipment plans, and presenting gaps, risks and recommendations to the S&OP meeting
• Building and maintaining the rolling production schedule and PO plan across contract manufacturers and suppliers, balancing capacity, lead times, MOQs and cost
• Running scenario and what-if modelling, such as demand swings, supply disruption and capacity constraints, and recommending the best path forward

Inventory Optimisation

• Monitoring stock health across warehouses and 3PLs, getting ahead of out-of-stock, excess, ageing and short-dated risks
• Ensuring Vida Glow-supplied components are consistently available at each manufacturing site, and improving how efficiently they're used

Purchasing and Supplier Management

• Converting approved supply plans into timely purchase orders for raw materials, packaging and manufacturing services
• Tracking PO delivery with suppliers and co-manufacturers, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes

Systems and Data

• Acting as our Cin7 super-user for planning and purchasing, keeping inventory transactions accurate
• Owning planning master data, including BOMs, lead times, MOQs, safety stock and supplier parameters
• Building dashboards and automating reporting to improve end-to-end visibility

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in supply chain or a related field
• Significant experience in supply planning, ideally 7+ years
• Strong ERP and planning tool experience (Cin7 highly regarded) and advanced Excel skills
• FMCG experience (highly advantageous)
• A solid understanding of multi-site, multi-market supply chains
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Clear, confident communication with internal teams, suppliers and co-manufacturers
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, working both independently and as part of a team
