Supply Planner

Role Description This part-time remote Supply Planner role is responsible for supporting efficient planning and coordination of supplies required for court and administrative operations. On a day-to-day basis, the Supply Planner monitors demand, reviews inventory levels, and updates planning schedules to ensure essential materials and equipment are available when needed. The role includes preparing supply forecasts, aligning demand and supply plans, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming needs and constraints. The Supply Planner will also assist with basic production or procurement planning activities, maintain accurate records in planning tools or spreadsheets, and communicate any risks or delays to relevant teams. This position requires proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and consistent communication in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Demand Planning and Supply Planning to forecast needs and align inventory with operational requirements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven planning decisions.
• Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning or procurement-related planning to coordinate timelines and resource availability.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics planning; familiarity with planning software or spreadsheets; and strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail; prior public sector or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
