Professional Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Planner to execute supply planning activities for high-mix, low-volume products. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop production plans, optimise inventory levels, and ensure key business metrics are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently execute supply planning activities for assigned business portfolio and finished goods.
• Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with demand planning to develop production plans for Singapore-made instruments.
• Develop production schedules by collaborating with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams while achieving optimal inventory levels across distribution centres.
• Monitor supply performance, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Analyse data and use planning tools to balance supply, demand, and capacity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service, inventory, and cost targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supply Planning.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP (including SAP APO) preferred.
• Soft Skills: Meticulous with a keen eye for business and customer focus; able to work efficiently and independently under pressure and multi-task.
• Other: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
