Supply Planner

London | Hybrid | £45,000 to £50,000

Looking for your next opportunity in beauty, cosmetics and personal care? We’re recruiting a Supply Planner to help keep products available, inventory balanced and launches on track.

Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll turn demand forecasts into achievable supply plans, anticipate stock risks and keep the business informed of any changes.

The role

• Manage supply plans across a portfolio of beauty and personal care products.

• Monitor stock levels, balancing product availability with excess stock and obsolescence.

• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to manage production schedules, purchase orders and delivery timelines.

• Partner with demand planning, sales and operations to respond to changes in demand.

• Support new product launches, promotions and product discontinuations.

• Identify potential shortages and take action to minimise disruption.

• Maintain accurate planning data and report on supplier performance and stock availability.

About you

• Previous experience in supply planning, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, personal care or wider FMCG.

• Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel and planning or ERP systems.

• A good understanding of inventory management, lead times and production planning.

• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

Salary of £45,000 to £50,000, depending on experience and negotiable, with hybrid working in London.
