Supply Planning Assistant Manager

About The Role The impact you’ll make:

• Manage the weekly supply-demand planning process for at least one major category
• Define and review the mid- and long-term supply plan
• Propose actions when stock availability falls outside set control boundaries
• Lead the end-to-end process of balancing supply and demand worldwide, and manage operational KPIs
• Lead the monthly supply review / S&OP process and drive changes to the planning process
• Manage the phase-in and phase-out process and ensure accurate master data in SAP and IBP.
• Serve as a key supply chain systems expert within the supply planning community
• Represent supply chain in related audits

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• Degree holder, preferably in a supply chain-related field
• At least 5 years' experience in the related field
• Fluent English and Mandarin is a MUST
• Analytical skills
• Strong leadership
• Strong communication
• Strong ERP and global planning experience, preferably with knowledge of SAP and IBP
