Supply Planning Associate

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and optimizing branch inventory levels, managing aging inventory, coordinating returns and pullout requests, and preparing supply plans to ensure product availability while maintaining inventory efficiency. Supports the implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and priority projects to strengthen supply planning accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and achieve established inventory and business targets.

Branch Inventory Management

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across assigned branches to maintain healthy stock levels, improve inventory turnover, and minimize excess inventory.
• Monitor aging inventory, identify slow-moving and obsolete stocks, and implement actions to reduce aging inventory across assigned branches.
• Monitor and follow up on pullout requests for aging inventory to ensure timely submission, approval, and execution.
• Review and process returns and pullout requests, coordinate with concerned stakeholders, and ensure timely approval based on established policies and procedures.

Supply Planning

• Prepare and monitor supply plans, validate stock requirements, and align approved supply with target inventory levels and demand requirements.

Project Management

• Lead or support priority initiatives, including ISMS Aging Clean-up, ISMS v2 enhancements, policy and procedure development, and Smartsheet migration, to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and system utilization.

Qualifications:

1. College graduate with experience in supply chain management.
2. At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Willing to work on-site in Manggahan, Pasig City.
4. Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
5. Preferably available to start immediately.
