Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Planning and hands-on experience with o9 Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and experience working on planning solutions, implementations, or transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze supply chain planning requirements, particularly Supply Planning.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand planning processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Configure, support, or implement supply planning solutions using o9 or other supply chain planning applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and planning solutions.
• Participate in planning transformation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of planning projects.
• Analyze planning data and support issue resolution and process improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates.

Mandatory Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of Supply Planning and supply chain planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions / o9 Planning Platform.
• Experience in supply chain planning implementation, consulting, support, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, Replenishment Planning, or Inventory Optimization.
• Exposure to other planning tools such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, or Anaplan.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or advanced data analysis.
• Experience in UAT, SIT, deployment, or go-live activities.

Candidate Profile

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Experience driving or supporting supply chain planning projects.
• Candidates with strong o9 and Supply Planning experience will be preferred.
