Supply Planning Manager (Process Improvement)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a talented Supply Planning Manager (Process Improvement) to join our team on a full-time basis at our Alabang Muntinlupa City location in Metro Manila. This is a strategic position that plays a crucial role in optimizing our supply planning operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the group. You will be responsible for enhancing supply planning processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that directly contribute to our operational excellence and business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on how we manage our resources and serve our customers more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply planning strategies that optimize inventory levels whilst ensuring product availability across all distribution channels.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction within the supply chain.
• Analyze supply planning data and metrics to forecast demand accurately and adjust plans accordingly to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, production and finance to align supply planning objectives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of supply planning processes, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Design and implement standardized procedures and best practices to enhance process efficiency and consistency.
• Lead training and coaching sessions to upskill team members on new processes, tools and methodologies.
• Utilize data analytics and supply chain planning software to drive informed decision-making and optimization.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply planning process, developing contingency plans as necessary.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in supply planning, supply chain management or process improvement roles
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning and supply chain optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen
• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of the retail, consumer products or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
