Supply Planning Specialist

1. Monitor & analyze materials movement and set appropriate stock level
2. Maintain enough Inventory to meet demands of Store and Commissary
3. Ensure timeliness of supply availability
4. Creates and recommends short- and long-term plan related to replenishment planning for items assigned
5. Provides simulation data on the forecast achievement of items
6. Work with warehouse to ensure integrity of inventory systems data
7. Analyze, resolve and report issues concerning inventory management
8. Work closely with buyers for stocks related concerns

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Planning Specialist in a food industry
• Good in Analytical and Decision-making skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
