Nabati Food Philippines is looking for a Supply Planning Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team.

If you are experienced in supply planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management, and enjoy working with different teams to keep operations running smoothly, this opportunity may be for you.

As a Supply Planning Supervisor, you will help ensure that we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and other Supply Chain teams to create effective supply plans and maintain healthy inventory levels.

What You’ll Do

• Develop supply plans based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory levels, and business needs.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to improve demand forecasts.
• Review sales data and market trends to help predict future product demand.
• Plan and monitor product replenishment to maintain the right level of stocks.
• Implement proper inventory control and stock rotation practices.
• Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure products are received, stored, and delivered on time.
• Prepare regular reports on supply planning, inventory levels, and overall performance.
• Identify supply and inventory concerns and recommend practical solutions.
• Help improve supply planning processes and support better supply chain operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into clear and practical actions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience using supply chain planning systems or software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of retail distribution processes is a plus.
