Job Title: Supply Service Supervisor

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Department: On-Sync Energy Management Services Company

Job Responsibilities

1. Support procurement service activities by tracking requirements, understanding customer needs, and coordinating suitable technical and commercial solutions.
2. Coordinate with technical, supplier management, business, finance, logistics, and overseas teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
3. Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely and complete delivery of procurement services.
4. Monitor end-to-end order fulfillment and resolve delivery or operational issues.
5. Maintain shipping documents, delivery records, fulfillment trackers, and project documentation.
6. Prepare regular fulfillment status reports and escalate potential project risks and delays to management.
7. Support multiple procurement projects and orders simultaneously while ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Qualification Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or project fulfillment, preferably involving international projects.
2. Experience with overseas procurement and logistics processes; Middle East project experience is an advantage.
3. Good understanding of international trade terms, logistics costs, customs clearance, and duties.
4. Good written and reading English skills for communication with international customers and logistics partners.
5. Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and emergency-response skills.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and projects simultaneously.
