Support Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator/ IT Administrator to independently manage, monitor, secure, and maintain the company's complete IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networking, and office IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business software.
• Configure, manage, and monitor FortiGate firewalls and network security.
• Perform OS installation, configuration, updates, and patch management.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Handle user accounts, access permissions, Microsoft 365, antivirus, and data backups.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation.
• Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, printers, and other office IT equipment.
• Provide timely technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / IT Administration / System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience configuring, managing, and monitoring FortiGate firewalls.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and network security.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently, manage IT infrastructure, and support employees effectively.

Preferred: Candidates who can independently manage end-to-end IT operations in an office environment.
