Support Administrator - Dispatch Team

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the dispatch team and contribute to the success of a leading bulk fuel operation. You’ll provide admin and coordination support to help keep daily logistics running smoothly, working within a dynamic, supportive organisation that values accuracy, teamwork, and reliability.

This part‑time role offers 20–30 hours per week, with flexible hours to suit the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day admin support to the dispatch team
• Update delivery information, schedules, and customer records
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks
• Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain accuracy across dispatch documentation and system updates
• Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

• Previous admin or coordination experience
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and confident communication
• Calm, organised approach in a busy environment
• A positive, team‑focused attitude
