What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or chat for issues related to wealth management software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs, errors, or other issues affecting client satisfaction.
- Document all interactions with clients using CRM tools to track progress and ensure accurate documentation.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in application support or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems independently.
- Proficiency in API integration, DBMS (SQL queries), Web Services, and Wealth Management systems.
