Support Assistant

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Production Office administrative work

Expedite materials to support build schedule

Expedite for quick turnaround of fabrication items from in-house rework and suppliers

IQA disposition and retrieve items to support shop floor shortages/ material shortage list follow up

Assist in simple module assembly

Shipment and packing preparation and coordination

Assist Project Leaders in assembly status update

Any other activities or work assigned by Project leaders

MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
N level, NITEC level qualification or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience in machine production / assembly environment.

Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Words and Powerpoint
