I. Job Summary

Responsible for providing high quality support to all members by attending to their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

II. General Responsibilites

1. Responds to members’ complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provides appropriate and timely resolutions and actions to address members’ issues and concerns.
3. Ensures to provide high quality conversations with all members that complies with established deliverables such as but not limited to standard level agreement, response time, and conversation rating.
4. Drives member testimonials upon eliciting positive member sentiment.
5. Continuously develops a strong understanding of the product and offerings to effectively communicate with members at all times.

III. Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office, Google Suite and other communication channels

• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills

• Professional level in verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledgeable on Customer Service Operations

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Wide knowledge on the different Sports and Sports leagues
