Support Associate (Part-Time)

What are we looking for? We're looking for a part-time (student) Support Associate to join our team in Tel Aviv and help deliver an outstanding experience to our US-based aviation & drone insurance customers.

You'll be the point of contact for customers with questions, requests, or issues, helping them find solutions and making sure they have a positive experience with us. You'll work with tools like Zendesk and internal portals, learn our products and processes, and take ownership of customer inquiries from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with technology, and likes solving problems. You don't need to know everything from day one. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to grow with the role.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our aviation & drone pilots by providing clear, friendly, and effective assistance throughout their customer journey.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone, providing professional, and helpful support.
• Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and follow through until they're resolved.
• Spot recurring issues and share ideas on how we can improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• A native written and spoken English. An American accent is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• A quick learner who is comfortable working with new systems and technology.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Someone who takes ownership, works independently, and knows when to ask for help.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a team.
• Availability for 4–5 shifts per week, until 1:00 AM, to accommodate our North American customers.
