We are currently looking for French speaking Customer Experience Professionals with strong English communication skills to join our growing international team in Portugal.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement As a Customer Service Representative for, your main mission will be to provide

support to small and medium-sized businesses(SMBs) to help them grow their businessesacross multiple channels– via chat, email andphone. Therefore, you will support and expandthe self-serve advertising base for SMB clients

in the online and digital advertising domain,provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients’ experience.
