Support Consultant - D365

We are looking for a Support Consultant to join our growing Global Support team, ideally with working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 or other CRM/ERP systems.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Troubleshoot incoming tickets, monitor them in ticketing system
• Perform root cause analysis, regression testing and provide accurate documentation
• Organize and perform regular calls with customers based on incoming tickets
• Learn the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics products, and related add-on products and the parameters of the system during trainings and also individually
• Continuous self-training (improve skills, build professional knowledge in the area of logistics/production, and the field of new technologies)
• Help customers break down complex business problems into solvable pieces
• Provide advisory for optimum system configuration
• Identify and leverage opportunities for increasing customer value
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products and services
• Facilitate trainings, workshops or demonstrations either remotely or on site as required by the customer

What we expect from you:

• University degree in Information Technology, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 support/consulting/implementation is an advantage
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Client focused attitude
• Basic understanding of software development and quality assurance concepts
