About the Role

We are looking for Support Consultant (Post-sales) who will be responsible for post-go-live support e.g., tickets, additional features, upsell of services. This role will reports to a Senior Consultant while coordinating with project teams in the Philippines, Middle East, North America.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a degree in Business or Marketing or Technology courses
• Has experience in ERP platform e.g., NetSuite (preferred), SAP, Microsoft, or other ERPs
• Has industry background in Warehousing, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment
• Has strong communication skills in English, while also being fluent in Japanese
