About the Role
Joining the Product Quality Team, you’ll take ownership of Zendesk support while contributing to light QA and testing. You’ll work across multiple projects, including studies moving through UAT and go-live, while using AI to improve triage, P1 workflows and support processes.

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on Zendesk experience - you’ll need to hit the ground running
• Experience managing support tickets, triage and priority incidents
• Comfortable supporting UAT, QA and light software testing
• AI-savvy and proactive about automation and process improvement
• Confident using tools such as ChatGPT and interested in emerging prototyping tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-managing, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple projects
