Responsibilities

• Audit files daily
• Record keeping
• Complete Reports weekly
• Check Email and contact staff as needed
• Assist staff with office supplies
• Prepare New hire packs
• ID Badge/ Mailbox
• File and Scan
• Attend all outreach events
• Support the outreach team
• Outreach/Marketing
• Assist office staff
• Check Emails
• Answer telephone/return calls as needed
• Insurance referrals
• Report the Status of Insurance referrals
• Attend Virtual Insurance meetings
• Call clients to conduct weekly survey
• Find Resources in all counties that the agency service
• Motivate clients toward positive outcomes
• Keep office clean
• Provide support for the agency
• Check office supplies for reordering as needed
• Knowledge of MDHHS programs such as Medicaid, Section 8 housing, and child welfare systems
• Strong writing skills for documentation and reporting purposes
• Familiarity with social work principles, case management practices, and client communication strategies
• Demonstrated ability to identify community resources and navigate social service systems

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
