What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage application support delivery team to ensure timely resolution of incidents, requests, and problems.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee transition activities during changes in applications, including planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks such as ITIL best practices for incident management, problem management, change control.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in Application Support Management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of AMS (Application Management System) principles and its implementation.
- Proven track record in managing global delivery teams for multiple projects simultaneously.
