Our Role

Our Bella Grace Chancellor Park centre is looking forward to welcome a new staff member to the following role:

• Support Educator - Certificate or Diploma qualified. Prior experience essential. Casual rates from Level 3 $43.99 to Level 6 $51.46/hour, depending upon qualification and experience. Pathways to permanent roles as they arise for staff who are seeking permanent roles.

** Note - This rate includes the Workforce Retention Grant allowance.

Skills and experience

• Hold an ACECQA approved qualification.
• Hold a current QLD Blue Card (working with Children check) or able to apply for one.
• Have completed a Foundation level Child Protection certificate before you commence work.
• Have a passion and dedication for Early Childhood and high quality care.
• Have experience in an Early Childhood setting and with the EYLF (for the Lead Educator roles).
• Professional, with excellent communication skills both digital and verbal.
