What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in Anti-Spam / Email Security solutions
- Monitor Anti-Spam systems, mail traffic, alerts and system health
- Troubleshoot SMTP traffic, mail flow and email delivery issues
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with OEM/L2 teams for critical issues
- Basic troubleshooting of network, firewall, routing and connectivity-related issues
- Perform installation, configuration, integration and acceptance testing at customer sites
- Coordinate with customer/NOC teams for incident resolution and service activities
- Analyze system/application logs and identify the root cause of issues
- Raise and coordinate support cases with OEM/TAC teams
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, incident reports and RCA documentation
- Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades and patch activities as required
