Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced L3 Support Engineer to manage and support critical IT Infrastructure and Data Center environments. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, P1/P2 incident handling, RCA, problem management, patching, change management, vendor coordination, and infrastructure optimization.

Required Experience:

• 5–10+ years in IT Infrastructure / Data Center Support
• Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting experience
• Experience supporting 247 production environments
• Hands-on experience handling critical incidents and vendor escalations
• Good communication, ownership, and technical documentation skills
