Support Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne users.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries.
• Manage, prioritize, and document support tickets in line with SLAs.
• Support users with system access, navigation, and standard business processes.
• Escalate complex issues to functional, technical, or vendor support teams when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities.
• Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure stable ERP operations.

You'll be a great match if you have;

• Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
