Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily technical support on desktop, network, system, software and hardware
• Handle system installation, administration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of systems including Microsoft AD, M365 and VM platform
• Support network security operations, including basic firewall rules, VPN configurations, and vulnerability checks
• Perform ad-hoc tasks, projects and additional related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with MCSE / CCNA qualification preferred
• Technical knowledge in Microsoft products and related technologies
• Solid experience in handling support for end users across desktop hardware and application, Microsoft server systems, and general networking.
• Experience in the infrastructure management role and cloud technology of Azure Cloud and AWS is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English/Chinese, with a willingness to learn new technologies and solve problems independently
• Mature with good communication skill and a team player
