Support Engineer

eTrinity is a fast-growing company for ELV systems especially in CCTV and Network solutions in Hong Kong. As an authorized distributor of HikVision, Milestone and BriefCam, we have close business relationship with most of the major local ELV contractors. Our end users come from different industries such as financial services, telecommunications, utilities, transportation etc. We are finding suitable candidates to match with our expanding business.

Job description:

• Work with HikVision/Huawei/Milestone/BriefCam to create a total solution for our clients
• Configure equipment (e.g. cameras/NVR/network switch/storage/server) and prepare schematic diagram, O&M manuals
• Manage to ensure successful project execution, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support to clients including equipment setup, integration method (SDK, API etc)
• Troubleshooting system failure

Job requirement:

• Diploma or above in engineering-related discipline or equivalent
• 3 years or above relevant working experience in ELV technical support/system installation is preferrable (Fresh Graduates with potential are also welcome)
• Be self-motivated, strong analytical mind with good communication skills
• Sound knowledge for networking (e.g. multicast, unicast, VPN, VLAN)
• Fluent in Cantonese/English/Mandarin
