What they need
Provide technical support to customers and internal users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues. Respond to support requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems. Install, configure, and maintain software and systems. Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently. Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams. Maintain records of issues, solutions, and support activities. Assist users with system and application-related queries. Perform regular system checks and basic maintenance. Ensure timely resolution of assigned support tickets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
