What they need

Key responsibilities include installing and configuring IT systems, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, and documenting solutions in knowledge bases. Support Engineers often collaborate with development and operations teams to escalate complex issues, automate routine tasks via scripting, and provide user training to enhance the overall customer experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
