We are looking for an experienced IM Platform Support Engineer to join our team. This is a techno-functional production support role focused on Investment Management platforms, financial applications, integrations, and critical data flows.

Role: IM Platform Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai

Experience: 5+ years

Shift: Rotational 24/7, including weekends

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Investment Management (IM), Capital Markets, and Trading platforms.
• Troubleshoot application issues and analyze incidents to minimize business impact and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Perform Intermediate SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Support API-based data gathering, integration, and system-to-system communication.
• Use basic Python or Java scripting to assist with troubleshooting, automation, and operational tasks.
• Support application deployments and troubleshoot deployment-related issues in Kubernetes environments.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident identification, investigation, resolution, escalation, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues in Linux/Unix environments.

Someone who can bridge Investment Management, Capital Markets, and Trading domain requirements with cloud-based production support and support engineering, with strong incident management capabilities, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to assess business impact, resolve critical production issues, and ensure application stability and service continuity.
