Support Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Provide technical and management leadership for major IT field support services, establishing goals and plans to meet project objectives.

• Direct and control international field support activities, overseeing management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met.

• Oversee technical support for federal and contractor personnel, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and service delivery.

• Direct specific IT field services, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management, and A/V operations.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma with 9+ years of IT customer support engineering experience, or 6 years of specialized IT support experience.

• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance and meet requirements for access to classified systems.

• Expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, with proficiency in managing complex service request fulfillment and systems administration.

What's On Offer

• Annual salary of $94,150 – $145,000.
