Job Responsbilities:

• Provide technical support to merchants using Koomi’s POS systems, software, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through phone, remote support, and onsite visits.
• Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of POS systems and peripherals.
• Support the onboarding, setup, and implementation of new merchant accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Record, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical or product teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Guide merchants on system functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and other technical support activities.

Job Requirements:

• No Experience Needed, on job training will be provided.
• Min. Nitec or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking merchant or clients.
