Support Engineer (Home Appliance After-Sales Service)

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily after-sales service operations, including workshop and field repair activities.
• Assist technicians in technical troubleshooting and repair case follow-up.
• Monitor service quality, repeated repairs, and customer complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare service reports, repair analysis, and product quality feedback.
• Coordinate with customer service, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in technician training, technical documentation, and service process improvement.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, repair service, or after-sales service operations.
• Experience in home appliances or consumer electrical products is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of appliance troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with service management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or technical training experience will also be considered.
