Responsible for providing first-level technical support, incident management, ticket resolution, and customer service support while ensuring SLA compliance and operational efficiency across client environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Triage and assign support tickets; Troubleshoot client incidents and service requests; Escalate issues proactively to appropriate teams; Maintain ticket documentation and knowledgebase updates; Support password management and remote troubleshooting activities; Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users; Ensure adherence to support processes and security standards
